Staff training and development is an integral part of the company strategy. It enables the staff to perform their individual jobs effectively and in doing so, ensure that the organization achieves its strategic objectives.
The recruits are security vetted before they start training. The vetting is important to weed out any one with criminal records. All staff are provided with basic training and then specialized depending on where they serve. Internal as well as external resources are used for training. Our technical and sales staff goes through product training courses that are provided by our equipment suppliers. In addition periodic refresher courses are also done on biannually basis.
All department staff undergoes, Customer Service, Safety, Health and Environment, Fire and HIV and Aids Training as a basic requirement. Additional to our programmes we are flexible to customize our training to meet customer specs and Service Level expectation.
